Hi. I'm Lou, Matts partner. When Matt first became paralysed one of the many questions that went through my mind was, 'would we still be able to make love?' I am glad to be able to say, the answer is yes.
I remember the doctor in the revalidation centre telling us how important it was to make sure that we found the time to be close with each other, keep experimenting and to talk openly about how we felt.
Which we have done and I can honestly say it was a great piece of advice! Our sex life is even hotter and it is great being so honest with each other.
So yep there is definately sex after your partner becomes paralysed. Yippeee!
